Upright passes through the socket tee for precise placement of the middle rail. Strong iron material includes a galvanized finish for corrosion resistance and long term use. Fitting locks onto 1 1 2" diameter pipe with hardened set screws (included) for secure connection. Anchor hole is slightly larger than " diameter.
