Almost too hard to describe and I guess the reason for that is we don't taste enough red Burgundy at this quality level often enough

Aroma very balanced with flavours of dried fruit

with vibrant acidity giving ample lift

fine-grained tannins

The cool nights over the summer have been very kind to these grapes
