Round Turn Bimini Gin Sherry consists of shale (Galestro)Created by Darren Case working out of a converted 150 y o textile mill in Biddeford, Maine. Ultra fragrant, citrus forward gin, which uses a 100% non GMO corn spirit base and a botanical bill of juniper, grapefruit peel, Mt. Hood hops, aromatic barley malt, coriander, chamomile, and orris root. Beautiful aromatics: bright citrus peel, fresh flowers, ginger, mint, and earthy green notes from the hops. The rich mouthfeel is kept in line by the 47% abv.
