Domaine Rougeot Pere et Fils Meursault Charmes Premier Cru, 2020 scapa from the writings of KermitSouth of Meursault, near Puligny, the Charmes du Dessous express themselves with exotic, rich and long notes. Vinification: Manual harvest, direct pneumatic pressing of whole, unpressed bunches, cold settling for 2 days, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Racking into stainless steel tanks for assembly and resting for 1 month before filtration and bottling.
