Lotti della Santa, Marcella - Autograph Letter Signed 1867 Miscellaneous Items New York on March 17thItalian soprano (1831 1901), (sometimes incorrectly called Marcellina), known for Verdi soprano roles, also created parts in several world premieres, including the title heroines in Saviero Mercandente's Virginia (1866), Errico Petrella's Giovanni di Napoli (1869), and Donizetti's Gabriella di Vergy in 1869. Autograph letter signed, embossed on first page, 3 pages of a 4 page folded document, written in Italian, sold untranslated, dated in 1867.
