Le Pianelle, Rosato, 2024 Tement 2025 which produces more delicate90% Nebbiolo rounded off with indigenous varieties Vespolina and Croatina. Everything is hand harested from the best Alto Piemonte plots, and to preserve as much freshness and fruit purity as possible, fermentation is in a combination of steel barrels (90%) and used barrique barrels (10%). The result is a boldly unique rosato, very gastronomic and versatile, and the rare ros that can be aged, for up to 5 years.
