60’s/70’s White High Neck Ruffle Juliet Sleeve Blouse floral rayon suit Take a look at thisThis fun high neck retro cotton blouse speaks of 1960s and 1970s. It is a soft white cotton and has darling Juliet type sleeves with a band of brown elastic thread on the middle of the sleeve. The blouse is in great shape. It has a union tag and is made in the USA. The cotton is very lightweight and slightly see through you may want something under the blouse. But it will be cool in the summer too! This blouse was stored at my elderly neighbor's home.
