We had Velcro bed skirt, we cut portion away from part that would sit under the mattress. And self adhesive Velcro strips made specifically to be used on fabric where attach it directly to the bed frame. Adhere the Velcro adhesive to the bed frame first by peeling the protective strip and pressing it firmly to the frame. Then wrap it all the way around the bed
