50’s Unique Navy Blue Velvet Beret by Sally Victor unused frames Wrist length sleeves with twoVery unique style coming from Sally Victor. Navy blue wool is accordion pleated with dark blue velvet trim. Front holds a large wool bow. Interior is finished with a matching acetate and edged with a grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is approximately 16 inches extended.
