A rare find from the esteemed Blackshire boutique of Paris and New York, this whisper sheer 1920s silk chiffon dress features an incredible Nouveau inspired elegant print in vivid purple, orchid, blue, goldenrod and orange on a cream background. Slightly dropped waist shirred at center of hips and shoulders, long sleeves with ruffles on back of arm and covered button accents at wrist that snap shut behind. Double scarf "bow" at
