70's Flutter Sleeve Floral Maxi Dress new wave blouses 27-28" waist1970s prairie style maxi dress in a romantic floral print, from London based John Charles. Dainty lace trim borders the cape collar that drapes from a scoop neckline. An empire waist flows into a tiered prairie skirt featuring the same lace trim. Center back nylon zipper closure, fully lined. Bust 38", Under bust 32", hip 46", length 54". Excellent condition except faint yellowing around arm holes, hidden by cape.
