The elegant scrolls and floral flourishes are divvied up into horizontal & V shaped stripes. Nipped in waist has mini pleats to create a full hem. waist 27" hem 55" length 20" Circa 1960s No labels, feels like 100% Cotton (medium thick, slightly sateen finish) Size Medium Fair vintage condition. There are a couple of small spots on the fabric (see close up pic, they're
