Hand built from slabs of stoneware clay, this wall sculpture of a winged boat gliding over surging waves and puffy clouds has the weathered look of a found object. The carved waves are first painted with slips and the surface dimension is achieved by applying a semi matte glaze and then wiping the highlights. Each piece is unique and will vary.
